- Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered differs from what you ordered.
- Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives damaged or defective.
📹 Important: To claim a refund or replacement for transit damage, please record a video of the parcel before opening.

- For all other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

⚠️ Note: For custom-made products crafted to your specifications, refunds are not available once production is complete.
