You may request a return or replacement within 2 days of receiving your order.

✅ Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Product Received: If the item delivered differs from what you ordered.
  • Damaged in Transit: If the product arrives damaged or defective.

 

📹 Important: To claim a refund or replacement for transit damage, please record a video of the parcel before opening.

  • If the issue is due to an error on our part, OSMnest will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other reasons, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

💸 Refunds & Replacements

After receiving and verifying the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement as per your preference.

 

⚠️ Note: For custom-made products crafted to your specifications, refunds are not available once production is complete.
