• Standard (ready) products are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

• Custom-made / made-to-order products require 3–5 business days for processing, depending on the design, quantity, and complexity.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

• Processing time is separate from shipping/delivery time.

2. Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India.

• For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing an order.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout.

• Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

• After dispatch, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination.

• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, remote locations, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Shipment Tracking

• Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.

• Customers can track shipments using the provided courier link.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping details.

• OsmNest is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address information.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

• Please do not accept delivery if the package appears damaged or tampered.

• Contact us immediately with photos/videos for assistance.

9. Delays Beyond Our Control

• OsmNest is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or regulatory restrictions.

• We will, however, assist you in tracking and resolution wherever possible.
